Bug#1106596: eog should be able to show the international title of a PNG file if exists

Open a PNG with with a title stored in a iTXt chunk (international text). An exemplary file is attached. Try to read the title in eog. Observe that you can't (the button “Show Details“ is not even displayed). I wish you could.

To compare, run `exiftool -a -G` or `pngcrush -n -v -v` on this file; you should obtain

[PNG]           Title (ru)                      : Дебиан — не дебил!
