Bug#1120577: libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-0: Error loading XPM image loader: Image type “xpm” is not supported

The new bug is https://bugs.debian.org/1120607 and was fixed already
by keeping the old gdk-pixbuf support for xpm and xbm loading.
