Fedora has a gdk-pixbuf2-modules-extra package with all of the
-Dothers=enabled loaders (Fedora 41 and 42) or just the XPM loader
(Fedora 43+).  All Fedora packages that need XPM, including
claws-mail, should already have a dependency on it.
