Please remove cheese from Debian.

cheese was archived upstream which means that bug fixes, bug
reports, and translations are no longer accepted.

Cheese is also one of the last things in Debian depending on the
unmaintained clutter libraries.

GNOME's new default webcam app is packaged in Debian as gnome-snapshot.
