Papers is marked as a recommended package rather than a suggested one in version 49.
This is different from the previous behavior, where Evince was only a suggested
dependency.

This change may cause issues in certain environments, particularly on immutable
operating systems where document viewers are typically installed via Flatpak
and are not part of the base system.
