Extremely lightly-tested packages (they work in a VM, I haven't tried on 
real hardware) available here:

We're expecting 48.7 releases from upstream soon (hopefully today) and 
it is those 48.7 releases that we had planned to include in the Debian 
13.3 point release, so we don't intend to spend more time on 48.6 unless 
48.7 gets delayed significantly.
