Bug#1121346: latest crash is due to gsettings-desktop-schemas

> Settings schema 'org.gnome.desktop.a11y.interface' does not contain a key named 'reduced-motion'

The 'reduced-motion' setting is not yet in the latest release (49.1)
of gsettings-desktop-schemas.

The fix is to apply upstream commits c6c742ea and f9af8753
