Bug#1121647: Add "Recent" to the Open dialog

As of now, in GIMP 3.0.4 on Debian 13, the virtual folder "Recent", "Recently accessed", or "Recently used" is not seen in the Open dialog by default. (A screenshot for a German locale is attached; we'd wish for "Zuletzt", "Zuletzt benutzt", "Zuletzt zugegriffen", or similar.)

Please add it by default so that the user doesn't have to work around.
