Dear Maintainer,

I was trying to rotate a PDF in Papers when I noticed that it only really works
when the focus is on the three dot menu. Otherwise it'll rotate once clockwise
or counterclockwise, then scroll the page. Below are the steps:

1. Open a PDF in Papers.
2. Rotate clockwise or counterclockwise using ctrl+right or ctrl+left,
respectively.
3. Try rotating again. The page in the PDF will scroll up or down instead.

To fix this, double click on the three dot menu in the upper right-hand corner
and use the keys again. If you open the PDF already sideways, then you have to
double click to start rotating. Note: I don't know if this is relevant, but my
laptop has a touchscreen.
