Dear Maintainer,

Gnome shell shows annoying notifications "Updates are out of date".
I set software updates to "manual" in the gnome-software settings, but
still get those annoying popups.

This has been fixed by the gnome developers in v49:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/-/issues/2815

Please backport this to v48 so it gets fixed in Debian 13 stable.
