Dear Maintainer,

I recently upgraded a Debian 12 system to Debian 13, and immediatly after doing
so, could only print from KDE apps. All GTK apps no longer show any configured
printers, and those that do (Firefox) are unable to print. CLI tools can also
print and list printers just fine. It's only GTK applications that suffer this
issue.

I found similar reports from many years ago, but none of those solutions helped
or were already applied.

This affects all user accounts on the machine.
