Please remove gnome-nettool from Debian.

It was archived upstream, which means that bug reports, bug
fixes, and translation updates are no longer accepted:

Its second-to-last release was in 2013. Its final release was in 2022
and included mostly buildsystem and translation updates that had
accumulated over the previous decade.

It was last installed by default in Debian GNOME in Debian 8.
