Dear Maintainer,

In GNOME Tweaks (Appearance → Shell), the Shell theme drop-down list 
is not
sorted alphabetically. This makes it harder to find a theme.

How to reproduce:
1. Open GNOME Tweaks → Appearance → Shell.
2. Open the Shell theme drop-down list.

Expected result:
Themes are listed alphabetically.

Actual result:
Themes appear in an inconsistent order (see attached screenshot).
