epiphany-browser and gnome-console build ok in forky. Once gtk4 is
updated to 4.22.2+ds-1 there, the build tests for those 2 projects
fail.

I tried installing gtk4 4.22.2+ds-1 on Debian Testing. After logging
out and logging back in, there was an initial delay (maybe 30
seconds?) in starting gtk4 apps. After that initial delay, apps ran
without delay, even after restarting my VM.
