reassign 1132797 gnome-shell-extensions-extra
retitle 1132797 Switching between vertical workspaces writes «gnome-shell[…]: value "nan" of type 'gdouble' is invalid or out of range for property 'value' of type 'gdouble'» to the journal.
affects 1132797 gnome-shell
thanks

> Yes, reassigning is the right call. It is likely an upstream bug in V-Shell itself. Until a fix happens in gnome-shell-extensions-extra, you can disable V-Shell via GNOME Extensions and keep the rest of the bundled extensions.
Alright. I've put gnome-shell into “affects” so that the users who experience the same journal warning (which does not mention V-Shell but does mention gnome-shell) have it easier to discover the report and test whether their V-Shell is responsible before producing a duplicate bug report.

Maybe it's time for the maintainer of gnome-shell-extensions-extra to test a newer version of V-Shell from upstream and package it if it's ready.
