Dear maintainers,

I am preparing a rust-sqlx transition, which will be uploaded soon.

gnome-decoder has a patch which relaxes sqlx to 0.8 from 0.9, which upstream already has. This patch can be dropped.

I have attached a debdiff fixing this.
