Control: severity -1 serious

This is the only remaining blocker to pushing glib2.0 2.87.2 to
Unstable. It is uncomfortable for glib to be stuck in Unstable, unable
to migrate to Testing, as other packages can get stuck behind it.
Therefore, I'm raising the severity of this bug.
