Bug#1127562: evince: Zoom with Ctrl+mouse wheel doesn't work

Dear Maintainer,

Starting from this version 49, I cannot change the zoom of PDF document
with the shortcut Ctrl + wheel of the mouse. I don't know if it is
expected (I hope not), but it works with previous versions of evince.
