Bug#982642: libenchant-2-2: Fixed in 2.8.7 and later upstream

This bug is fixed in current upstream.

Specifically, enchant(1) is now properly documented, and libenchant does not
misbehave in terms of which provider back-end is used to provide
spellchecking for which language (this is the specific bug fixed in 2.8.7).
