Hi Jeremy,

With Sudip's generous help, I have now packaged buildbox for Debian sid 
as a Sponsored Maintainer and intend to keep that up-to-date going forward.

 From what I understand, the remaining blocker to updating BuildStream 
to 2.x is packaging PyRoaring, for which I have opened another ITP at 
https://bugs.debian.org/1128583 -- this is work I am happy to undertake.

Though, I note that this is itself blocked by updating CRoaring at 
https://bugs.debian.org/1122578. I am not sure about the best way to 
proceed here, as there hasn't been much activity on that bug, and I am 
conscious not to break any of the project's social rules.
