As announced in the release notes[1], Debian 13 does not support 32-bit
x86 CPUs any more, and the i386 port is only intended to be run as a
secondary architecture on amd64 (x86_64) systems. The same is true for
testing/unstable.
As a result, the 32-bit kernel (686-pae or similar) is no longer
supported.

That GSettings key is part of gnome-shell-common, which your reportbug
output says you have at an up-to-date version, so you should have it.
Check that you don't have an outdated GSettings schema
org.gnome.shell.gschema.xml somewhere else in the search path, for
example in /usr/local/share/glib-2.0/schemas or
~/.local/share/glib-2.0/schemas.
