can we somehow have this bug be of RC severity for libmozjs-140-0 so that users
do not accidentally upgrade their system to the broken version?

We have a bunch of users on the MNT Reform who can currently no longer log into
their system because of this. Bug 1125777 was also originally filed against
libmozjs-140-0 with RC severity. If it had not just been moved away but maybe
cloned, many of these users would not be with a broken system right now as
apt-listbugs would've warned them before they upgraded libmozjs-140-0.

Thanks!

cheers, josch
