librsvg2-bin's current description is:

It would be helpful if the name of that utility would be included,
perhaps so:

Description: command-line utility to convert SVG files
 The rsvg library is an efficient renderer for Scalable Vector Graphics
 (SVG) pictures.
 .
 This package includes the rsvg-convert command-line utility to convert
 SVG files to the PNG format.

That would have saved me some poking around with a non-working
packages.debian.org website and extra "apt-get update" delays with
apt-file.
