I'm reassigning this bug to viking. gexiv2-0.14 already has an RC bug
for its brokenness: https://bugs.debian.org/1135968

Every Debian package other than viking has already switched to gexiv2
0.16 or at least has a patch proposed to use gexiv2 0.16.

I am ok with you demoting this bug to important, but you probably want
to at least switch your Build-Depends and wait for a new gexiv2-0.14
upload. But I think we'd want to stop building gexiv2-0.14 later this
year.

Thank you,
