gnome-shell-extension* dependencies

Hi!

I think there is no other purpose to install gnome-shell-extensions than to
use them in your Gnome env, but installing them does not take care to
install also gnome-shell-extension-manager.

I hope it is not too big of an issue to create extensions packages with
dependency for gnome-shell-extension-manager. After installing
gnome-shell-extension-gsconnect I always wonder where it should appear and
then I have to dig deeper to realize: there must be a
gnome-shell-extension-manager installed too. It happens so rarely I can't
remember the next time and I am always confused ;)

Not sure this is the right channel for such a request, but extensions
Github did also not suitable for that.
