dh-cargo 0.34 fixing #1138508 was just uploaded to unstable. below you can find
a list of packages that should be binNMUed to pick up the changes (otherwise
these packages are stuck with incomplete Static-Built-Using and Built-Using,
which in turn might miss them being binNMUed or uploaded for other issues).
