WebKitGTK can no longer work on big-endian architectures as a result of an 
upstream move from Cairo to Skia, as announced in 
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2026/09/msg00139.html> and #1148038.

epiphany-browser was already removed from s390x once, but a subsequent 
upload (which was required to fix a CVE) re-introduced it. Please remove 
it again. After webkit2gtk is removed from s390x (#1148038) it will no 
longer come back.
