Bug#1150333: resources unreproducible: fix via nutype update

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for pointing this out.

I had help in #debian-reproducible who were wizardly fast in pinpointing this
to nutype and https://github.com/greyblake/nutype/pull/257

I've created an MR to update nutype and nuytpe-macros: https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf/-/merge_requests/1465

I will put a 0.8.0 version requirement in the dependencies for resources, and
then this should be fixed.
