Dear Maintainer,

I need to open a browser to view glycin C API docs from
https://gnome.pages.gitlab.gnome.org/glycin/libglycin/. For other C API docs, I
use manuals app locally.

Please enable below glycin meson option in "debian/rules", and provide a
"libglycin-2.x-doc.deb" package.
