glycin 2.2.0 is now available. It seems to address #1129470, as well as 
being a new dependency for gdk-pixbuf 2.44.8.

A beta version was packaged in Ubuntu and might be a useful reference, 
but the stable release isn't packaged in Ubuntu either.

(Sorry, I'm not going to package this myself, I don't know Rust.)
