Probably the same issue I encountered today on Sid using gnome
environment. Gnome-keyring updates got installed last night. Turned on
computer today; popup notification on login from GOA complaining about
failed login; opened settings, online-accounts all had error status,
and thus could not access email in evolution.

I tried re-logging into the account in gnome settings, which opened a
google login prompt in a browser. After login and accepting prompt for
new permissions (for manipulating "tasks"), it tried to open a special
link, but settings reported failure.

Checking journalctl I found blocks of red/yellow entries for gnome-
keyring-daemon like the following:

gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: gck_objects_from_handle_array: assertion 'GCK_IS_SESSION (session)' failed
gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: Gck: gck_objects_from_handle_array: assertion 'GCK_IS_SESSION (session)' failed
gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: gck_object_destroy: assertion 'GCK_IS_OBJECT (self)' failed
gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: GLib-GObject: g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: gck_object_get_data: assertion 'GCK_IS_OBJECT (self)' failed

gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: Gck: gck_object_get_data: assertion 'GCK_IS_OBJECT (self)' failed
gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: Gck: gck_session_create_object: assertion 'GCK_IS_SESSION (self)' failed
gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: asked to register item /org/freedesktop/secrets/collection/login/26, but it's already registered
gnome-keyring-daemon[2578]: asked to register item /org/freedesktop/secrets/collection/login/26, but it's already registered

Downgraded gnome-keyring, gnome-keyring-pkcs11, and libpam-gnome-
keyring to version 50.0-1 from testing. Rebooted. Working again.
