<div><br></div><div>I got pw back to base one, read the bug reports and found:</div><div><br></div><div>a) /etc/shadow in group "shadow" instead of "root" but I had never changed it (didn't even know about that file): this solved the login problem</div>

<div><br></div><div>b) suggestion of</div><div><br></div><div>gnome-screensaver-command -l</div><div><br></div><div>by another user has no effect in my case: pw is also not recognised.</div><div><br></div><div>Any clue?</div>
