With 3.8.4-4 the situation remains the same (as commented in #727190).<br>
I've tried to log out with some apps running, but had to kill the<br>
session (loginctl kill-session) as logging out freezed. Then tried the<br>
same with Power Off which worked but the apps didn't start<br>
automatically.<br>
