</span>We are planning to switch to git for the maintenance of our packages<br>
anyway, moving the repository afterwards would be trivial.<br>

If you want to put the package under the team maintenance you can add<br>
"Debian GNOME Maintainers<br>
<<a href="mailto:pkg-gnome-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org" target="_blank">pkg-gnome-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org</a>>" as maintainer and add<br>
you to the uploaders (or the opposite if you prefer).<br>

For alioth membership, I guess the best is to pass on IRC<br>
(#debian-gnome on the OFTC network)<br>
