[Pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#540290: gnupg: help output in --edit-key mode should be ordered

Hello,

the output of the "help" command in the --edit-key mode is not sorted.
This is not really user-friendly if you have to guess what you are
looking for, and the corresponding manpage is not sorted either.
