[Pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#540290: gnupg: help output in --edit-key mode should be ordered

Hi,

Some time ago you sent a report, that the output of the help command is
not ordered in a user friendly way.

I've already forwarded your report to upstream [1] and I would like to
get some feedback, what you would expect (maybe alphabetic ordering or
topic-based ordering or importance-based ordering or ... - see Werners
answer).

JFTR: I know, you are not an "unexperienced" user, but ordering should
be chosen depending on the needs of such a user IMHO.
