The message might be a bit misleading. If you signed it and your
*secret key is available* the message whould look like this:

pub 1024R/1CE0C630 created: 2006-01-01 expires: 2009-12-31 usage: SC
                       trust: ultimate validity: ultimate
[ultimate] (1). Werner Koch (dist sig) <dd9jn at gnu.org>

  Command> revsig
You have signed these user IDs on key 1CE0C630:
Werner Koch (dist sig) <dd9jn at gnu.org>
signed by your key 1CE0C630 on 2006-01-01
signed by your key 5B0358A2 on 2006-01-01
signed by your key 1CE0C630 on 2009-01-09

user ID: "Werner Koch (dist sig) <dd9jn at gnu.org>"
signed by your key 1CE0C630 on 2006-01-01
Create a revocation certificate for this signature? (y/N)

The "signed by" lines are important. I check whether I can add a
warning if the key is not signed by any of your keys.

Shalom-Salam,

   Werner
