[Pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#553175: gnupg: should document the --edit-key primary uid display format

Hello,

I had some difficulty to find how to see which user id is the primary one of a given key. In fact, it is indicated in the --edit-key menu, with a dot. But this feature was not documented in the Texinfo page.

Here is a patch that simply adds the corresponding documentation.
