Another thing we should think about is "do we ever want to move the large
userbase to gnupg2", and then the dependencies of gnupg2 should also be taken
into account.
I'm not currently sure I think moving the binary to /bin is a good idea. Just
because some users wants it doesn't mean it should be done.
I have over the last month been procrastinating writing and sending a email
about gnupg2 vs gnupg. I hope to get it done soon.
