[Pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#546552: gnupg: Package built from source contains /usr/share/info/dir.gz

Justification: makes package uninstallable

As the subject says: if I rebuild gnupg on an up-to-date sid system, the 
resulting package contains an extraneous /usr/share/info/dir.gz file.  That 
makes it uninstallable with any other package with the same problem (such as 
coreutils, currently).
