[Pkg-gnupg-maint] gnupg build problem on mips(el)

Hi,

GnuPG 1.4.10-3 has experienced build failures on mips/mipsel, and only those 
archs:
https://buildd.debian.org/pkg.cgi?pkg=gnupg

When trying to reproduce it then, I could indeed, but also I could reproduce 
it with 1.4.10-2 which built successfully on those archs in the past. So I 
suspect an issue outside of GnuPG and specific to mips(el). Since the only 
porter box, gabrielli, is down, I cannot try to see if it is still 
reproducible now (two months later).

As I have no such hardware, I would like your help in determining if the 
problem still exists, if so where it exists and if something can be done about 
it.
