Hi Félix,

Please note, that we ship two versions of gpgkeys_hkp - one built
against the curl library (gnupg-curl) and one with an internal curl
implementation (gnupg). The latter has some limitations.

Further we had something similar earlier:

It had been reassigned to libc6. Maybe we should block #614963 by the
above report.
