[Pkg-gnupg-maint] gnupg 1.4.18-5

hey debian GnuPG folks--

you may have noticed that i just pushed gnupg 1.4.18-5 to the build daemons.

This includes:

 * all of the awesome localization work -- thanks to all the translators
who pitched in, and to taffit for coordinating it all

 * fixes to #771992 and #771987, which are relatively nasty bugs
recently exposed upstream that i think we should address in jessie.

 * documentation update -- upstream's documentation was broken in parts
of 1.4.18: gpg(1) appears to have included some sections that were
intended for use only with gpg 2.1.  Upstream did a documentation
cleanup after 1.4.18, and i've pulled that in so that our docs match our
shipping code.

 * minor packaging tuning, making lintian happier, etc.

and i hear no shouts of horror, i plan to file an unblock request for
this version later today.

If you have a minute to review, or at least install the package and give
it a sanity check, that would be great.
