I did not see any translation attached. Is there some specific update
you're referring to?

Yes, having updated translations would be great. But obviously we want
these updated translations to be upstreamed aswell.

I got confirmation that translation-only uploads will be unblockable.

I'm fine with this plan. If it's up to me you'd commit your changes to the
git repo and in the end I review + upload it. Is that acceptable for you?
Do you also want to coordinate the upstream part of this?
