[Pkg-gnupg-maint] Fwd: failed many builds of gpgme1.0 1.5.1-4

hey debian GnuPG folks--

i tried to resolve #752831 in gpgme 1.5.1-3 by switching from
autotools-dev to dh-autoreconf.  This ran into some weird build system
issues related to the doc/gpl.texi included there, which i resolved in a
subsequent upload (1.5.1-4).

But now most of the 1.5.1-4 buildds are failing with
tests/gpgsm/t-keylist.

(attached is a report of one of the build failures)

I'm not able to replicate the problem on my local machine or on my
cowbuilder buildd, so i'm a little confused about what to do next.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
