Hi! I'm running into the same issue after the latest update on Ubuntu.
This is the bug I opened:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnupg/+bug/1371766
Is there really a reason to break compatibility with currently used keys?
Cheers
Ciaby
