Thanks for the followup, Peter. I think we're fine with adopting
dirmngr within the pkg-gnupg team.
I'll try to make sure that the packaging gets updated to reflect the new
maintenance, and hopefully several of us on the pkg-gnupg team can
figure out how to plan the transition to a newer version safely.
Peter, i plan to leave you in the Uploaders field until you tell me to
remove you from it.
