Thanks for reporting https://bugs.debian.org/712823 about weird
interactions between gnupg-agent and libscim.  Sorry this response is
rather late :(

Are you still seeing this problem?  I think the immediate cause for
concern is the segfault in libscim, which should not be happening.
gpg-agent doesn't use libscim directly (i don't have it installed at
all, and gpg-agent works for me, albeit without a smartcard), so i think
the place to track it down would be in libscim first.

Can you rebuild scim-im-agent with debug symbols and coax a stacktrace
out of the crash?

Can you also report back on whether you have (and are using) a
smartcard, or whether you're just using a locally-stored key?
