We're now more than 6 months out on this question.

gnupg-doc seems unlikely to get much love from upstream, and i don't
think we do our users any favors by keeping outdated documentation
around.  I'm thinking we should consider removing gnupg-doc from debian.

I know this is an awkward time with the release coming up, but we
probably want to decide whether we want to commit to gnupg-doc
throughout the lifetime of Jessie.

What do y'all think?
