[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#753163: Fix before first point release ?

Will this bug be fixed before the first point release ?

Having 41 useless GTK-related packages ending up in server installations
(which I guess make the vast majority of Debian installed worldwide) is
IMHO simply unacceptable. Again IMHO, this bug should be of a severity
much more important than "normal".

Also, I fail to see why it should be blocked by #765406.
